Today we're taking a quick look at the replacement cover for Solera awnings. This is going to be a direct replacement from Lippert components for that drive head front cover, comes in black. It's going to attach via the two holes here that our screws will go into. The hole at the top for our drive shaft to go into. So it's going to replace that, get us back out and working with our awning with it protected from the elements.This comes with a single cover for the front. If you need any other replacement parts for your Solera awning, you can always trust etrailer.com to have you covered.

Mounting hardware not included and after first trip with new one installed, it again blew off. Purchased another (sadly) and taped it on as well with gorilla tape. Now it holds.

Had an 18’ awning get damaged while on vacation. Needed replacement parts to be able to get it repaired to move. overall good, timeliness etc. however the hole didn't line up with the manual access point and if I ever needed to use the manual override the cover would have to be removed. part appeared to be advertised as generic application.

The drive head cover we replaced a year ago is still in excellent condition and working good.

Repeat order so it was easy to get a re placement.
Replacement for the one that came up missing while driving in strong wind down the freeway. Again it fit with new back mount cover but liked to have it as a kit with screws.
The cover is the correct one. Unfortunately this is the third cover I have replaced. I zip tied this one on the motor. The design is good for your business but not so good for me.

I have already lost that one and replaced it again. This time I have secured it with self amalgamating tape. Fingers crossed.
I accidentally scrapped my awning along the edge of the door to my shop and cracked the cover of the awning motor and idler covers on my 2025 Flagstaff 21FBRS. These fit perfectly. Remove the four screws on the old and reinstall them. Thankfully I had not lost the screws. I would have preferred it if it came with new screws.
etrailer's customer service people are very knowledgeable and will to the extra mile to get you the product you need. If the first person you speak with is not 100% sure they will find the person that knows. Be confident that this company has you as #1 priority.

With help from your great customer service I was able to order the correct awning cover for my 23' GeoPro 19FD. Easy install when it all fits together correctly. Thanks e-Trailer
Part arrived quickly and was on in 15 minutes, perfect fit! I needed only a Phillip's screwdriver and small pliers to remove the broken off screw tabs. Once that was done cover was snapped into place and secured with screws.

The service reps at eTrailer are top notch, Ric D and William B. When ordering the replacement front cover, I have a couple of recommendations for consumers, first keep in mind the stand-alone front cover part does not include the grommet for the access panel. That needs to be ordered separately. Also, the required screws to fasten the front to the rear cover are not included, and they are listed at $11/ea, which is an incredible markup, considering I was able to purchase the required 2 for less than $1. Also, before ordering the front, I highly recommend verifying if the rear cover screw holes are intact, or if, as was the case with ours, the front cover was apparently ripped off, which compromised the holes where the screws hold the covers in place. This is the 2nd cover I've had to replace in 2-3 years. This time around I took a 1" strip of black gorilla duct tape and covered the seam where the front and rear cover meet, which will hopefully prevent that from happening again. Ultimately a manufacturer design flaw, not an issue with eTrailer.
